How to order online
Troubleshooting (Most common issues & fixes)
1) Didn’t receive OTP
Check signal and airtime (some banks require it for SMS).
Make sure your bank has your current phone number.
Try Resend OTP (wait up to 60 seconds).
If you use app approvals, open your bank app to approve manually.
2) Bank app didn’t pop up
Open your bank app → Approve the pending online purchase.
Return to the payment screen and wait for it to finish.
3) “Payment Declined”
Re-enter card number, expiry, CVV carefully.
Check available funds and daily online limit in your bank app.
If you’ve never shopped online, enable online/e-commerce in your bank app.
Try another card or choose Instant EFT on the payment page.
4) “3-D Secure failed / timed out”
Keep the window open; don’t switch tabs until it’s done.
If it timed out, start checkout again and complete OTP/app approval faster.
Use a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi if possible).
5) “Your card doesn’t support this transaction”
Some cards block online or international purchases by default.
Enable online purchases in your bank app or call your bank.
Or choose Instant EFT (no card needed).
6) Charged but no order confirmation
Rare, usually auto-fixes in minutes.
Check your email (including spam) for order confirmation.
If nothing arrives, send us your name, amount, and time paid and we’ll verify.
7) Name/address mismatch
Use your real name and correct billing details to match the bank’s records.
